Scooters of Bellingham

The rally season kicks off this weekend with Twist n Play’s annual Spring Scoot in Portland.

Our meeting location for this month – we’ll be trying out “Our House Deli” – 2301 James Street, two blocks south of Alabama Street, same time 10am and ride to follow.

Reminder; It’s dues collection time, please bring $20.00 cash or check made out to “Scooters of Bellingham” to the meeting and Dorcie and or Tom will collect. The dues help seed our Rally costs, and if you don’t have one already you’ll get a cool club patch and sticker for your scoot.

The ride will be the Samish, Bow Hill, back up Chuckanut loop.

The SOBs are kicking off the riding season with the first mid-month evening ride of 2007. Meet at 5:30pm at Boundary Bay Brewery.

Another scooter club is getting off the ground in Bellingham, FiftyCCFun.  They plan on meeting the first Saturday of the month at Chispa in Fairhaven at 10am, but their first meeting/ride is March 10.  They welcome all scooter types and will limit rides to 40mph roads to accomodate smaller displacement scooters.
