Club Membership Changes

March 28th, 2008

The club leadership recently met to review the club membership guidelines, and decided it was time to make a few changes to maintain consistency with the direction the club has taken since they were drafted.  The overall effect is that they’ve been simplified and relaxed, making the club more open.  The new membership page can be viewed here for the time being until a more permanent link is established on this site.

http://www.losgatosgordos.com/

Friday
All day • Cardboard car building
Stop by Sound Speed Scooters (132 N Canal Street) in Fremont for some
conduit bending and duct taping. Bring some supplies because that shit
isn’t free.

5PM • Secret Ride for all two-wheelers meeting location TBA

10PM • PARTY @ Salmon Bay Eagles Club (5216 20TH Ave. NW)
Euro-Trash Dance Party with
Sam Rousso Sound System
&
DJ Hefe
This party will have a raffle drawing where you could win an amazing
prize and even a chance to get a special Easter Treat courtesy of our
one of Rubber Easter Too’s sponsors.
I didn’t even try to get sponsers this year, because the rest of LGG
voted to put a picture of two pieces of shit on our flyer. Who’s gonna
sponser that? Huh? Who?

Saturday
10AM • Breakfast @ Kona Kitchen ( 8501 Fifth Avenue NE)
Spam and rice never tasted better. Full bar in the back.

NOONER • Hat ride to ?
Put your name in the hat and let’s ride to…

2PM • City Wide Ride led by Blackball Mopeds
This classic Seattle ride to the beginning of the Dicks Dash. The SWASS
carry mad cash when they roll around, so don’t forget it.

3PM • At this point you got two fucking choices people:
Option 1: the Rubber Easter Too Option • Dick’s Dash Race (city-wide)
Start your day with dicks in your mouth. No better way to prepare your
soul for a true Rubber Easter.
A city wide race, find every Dick’s and get back to the secret location
you might win a big prize.
Option 2: the Meant to Offend 21 Option • Ride for Dicks Dash
Non-participants
Hat Ride to ? Wouldn’t be fun if you knew where we was goin’

5PM • At this point you got another two choices:
Option 1: the Meant to Offend 21 Option • Taco Time Trial 4 (city-wide)
Tacos sound better than burgers? Ride the world famous Taco Time Trial.
It’s the forth time it’s been run! Featuring some of the greatest taco
stands, the ever-present wheel of hot sauce, and maybe, just maybe, a
special surprise this year.
Option 2: the Rubber Easter Too Option • Ride to the end of the TTT4
For Non-participants so they can watch the taco eaters come in, see the
handing out of prizes, and finish up on your cardboard cars.

7PM • Here’s another time you can make a choice:
Option 1: the Rubber Easter Too Option • Cardboard Cars (Fremont to Ballard)
Remember Rubber Easter 1? Like that but nothing motorized.
Also we leave at 7PM no shit! Pedal power wrapped in cardboard. We will
do the Fremont to Ballard bar run with a few extra surprise stops along
the way. Cougars are still fair game and don’t forget what’s in a Mind
Eraser.
Option 2: the Meant to Offend 21 Option • Roll with the Carboard Cars
anyway.
If you don’t have a cardboard car, you’re still welcome to roll around
Ballard and sample some sweet-sweet libations.
Option 3: the VCOS Option • Go home and get a nap like the old fuck you
are.

10PM • Party and Show at VIP Dragon Room at Golden City (5518 20th Ave NW)
Drink’s, music, and kickin’ it with the Moonspinners and guests.
Cardboard Cars will show up around midnight for a full on party with
Seattle’s favorite 2 wheel clubs.

Sunday
10AM • Burrito Fest for Breakfast @ El Dorko’s House (4048 39th Ave S)
Featuring a late Easter Beer Hunt!

NOONER • Last fuckin’ choice of the weekend:
Option 1: the Meant to Offend 21 Option • Long ride to Snoqualmie Falls
This is a long ride led by The Cretins MC. This ride features a stop at
the Issaquah Brewery for a Rogue Ale, a stop at the bottom of the falls
and a rest stop at the Last Frontier Saloon for a beer and a burger in
Fall City before the trip back.
Option 2: the Rubber Easter Too Option • Short rides in town led by
Blackball Mopeds
Don’t like long rides cause you and/or your bike is a pussy? This will
be a short ride down to the riverside for Rubber Easter Service. This
year’s sermon promises an even larger bowl full of the Blood of Christ.
There may or may not be a robot and there will most likely be a Danpire
playing a Casiotone. Don’t miss it or you might have pain in your wrists.

8PM • Made it Found It Film Fest in The Grotto @ Rendezvous (2322 2nd Ave)
Be there to see the final cut of “Blackball Goes to Bonneville”, Joel
Romeo’s “58 Years of Feet” and some other great film works.
Feel free to bring your own favorite short film.
