Cannonball Run

The Scooter Cannonball Run 2008 is going on right now, and it is probably the coolest scooter event in the country. Inspired by the classic 1981 movie, 28 riders are racing scooters cross country on Highway 50 from San Francisco to Ocean City Maryland. They are riding over 3000 miles in 10 days. Two of the (only three) riders on manual transmission bikes are our neighbors Roy and Rocket from the Vancouver area.
